TaxWise Online

Set up TaxWise® Online as a Favorite in Internet Explorer:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Type https://twonline.taxwise.com in the address line.
3. Click on the Favorites icon.
4. Click Add.
5. In Name:, type the name you want the favorites to display.
6. Click OK.

Shortcuts available in TWO
Shortcut               Function                                        
Ctrl-Enter          (un) Override 
Ctrl-Space         (un) Estimate (Removes “Red”) 
Ctrl-R                 Refreshes the return 
Ctrl-F                 Search for an entry on the page 
F11                  Minimizes the Internet Explorer toolbar 

Once in TaxWise Online the icon toolbar shows:
New Return–Select to start a new return. 
Open Return–Select to open existing return.
Return Query–Select to check the status of any tax return. 
Settings–Select to set your options for users and administrators.
TaxWise® University–Select to log into TaxWise® University.
Help–Select when in a return to access the Help Center.

I've found the following shortcuts to be extremely useful:
a. F9 = Creates a link to a new form
b. Ctrl-I = Insert a row above the current row (Interest or Dividends)
c. Ctrl-R = Delete the current row (Interest or Dividends)

I also found the following UNDOCUMENTED shortcut keys through trial and error:
a. F3 = Find a non-data item on the page (Windows function, same as Ctrl-F)
b. F5 = Reload the current form
c. Ctrl-A = Add a form
d. Ctrl-D = Run diagnostics
e. Ctrl-F = Find a non-data item on the page
f. Esc-Esc = Restore the previous entry in this field (undo)

Please note that that the following keys sometimes do not work for an unknown reason:
Ctrl-I, Ctrl-R, F3
